Refund policy

1. Warranty

• All products are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the purchase date.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults not caused by misuse.
• Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or improper heat conditions.

2. Returns

• Customers are eligible to return products within 7 days of receiving them if the item does not match the ordered specifications.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with intact packaging and accessories.
• If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect specifications, the store will cover the shipping costs. If it is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping cost.

3. Procedure

• Customers must contact customer service to submit a return request along with the order number and a copy of the invoice.
• Once the product is received and inspected (within 3 business days), the customer will be compensated with either a replacement product or a refund using the original payment bill.
